   The Old Anchor B&B Pwllheli

The Old Anchor is situated near sandy South beach at seaside Pwllheli. Only seconds from the sea, a popular food-pub, café, skateboard park, sub post-office general stores and a short walk down alongside the harbour into the heart of the town.

Pwllheli is the main shopping central and the "capital" of the wonderfully scenic Lleyn Peninsula. The town is home to the renowned Hafan yachting marina, two beaches, 18 hole golf course, Canolfan Hamdden Dwyfor leisure centre, weekly outdoor market- the largest in Wales, kiddies funfair and more.

There are ample, varied restaurants in the town with many of the pubs and cafes offering family-friendly menus. Pwllheli is also the terminus of the Cambrian Coast railway line.

  • A mere few minutes from the hotel, is a leisure centre, opposite our hotel is a skateboard park, playground, field and beach!

  • All rooms have their own bathroom or shower room for maximum privacy.

  • Breakfast is included with the room, but dinner, lunch and other meals are not. The hotel restaurant though is open all day. Other wise there are numerous café and other chose by restaurants.

  • All family rooms have a sea view.
